HSSE Audit Program

The internal HSSE audit program is an ongoing review of our operations to ensure personnel safety and environmental protection. Audits enable us to identify risk, determine the degree of implementation and effectiveness of the HSSE Management System, and evaluate compliance with applicable regulations.

Our sites and Terminals are audited by Oiltanking Corporate HSSE Department for compliance with the HSSE management systems, procedures and guidelines apart from IOT corporate HSSE Department. In many cases, our facilities also are audited by third parties, including customers, and certifying bodies. In addition to recognizing locations for noteworthy efforts and identifying best practices, auditors identify gaps or findings for further improvement.
