Udaan is an integrated program which focuses not only on your technical know-how but also on your managerial skills, which are important for building a competent and entrepreneurial Engineer.
Initiated in the year 2006, over 600 trainees have graduated from the Udaan programme to date and about 70 % of these trainees are still with IOTIES. Today these trainees are posted at different positions of hierarchy in Terminalling (Operations / Automation / Maintenance), EPC (Project Execution/Coordination/QA&QC /Bids & Proposal), Design &Engineering and Corporate (Finance/Legal/HR) functions respectively
