Leadership Evaluation and Development ( L.E.A.D) is a unique programme that aims at identifying and developing potential leaders for tomorrow.

To achieve IOT’s vision for future, it is important to have competent people in leadership positions. L.E.A.D was initiated to fulfill the need of creating internal leadership pipeline.
Through L.E.A.D at regular intervals talented Engineers are prepared to take up challenging roles like Terminal Manager, Resident Construction Manager, Project Manager etc. through intense technical & behavioural interventions delivered through job assignments, mentoring , certification exams and development centre.
