IOT Engineering Projects Ltd
The Mumbai-headquartered IOT Engineering Projects Limited (IOTEP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of IOT. IOTEP offers heavy construction and erection services for the installation of Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power and Cement Plants. The services offered by IOTEP include:
- Civil, Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation works Construction of:

IOT ECS, Oman
IOT Engineering & Construction Services (IOTECS) Oman is IOT’s EPC arm in Oman. It was formed to explore EPC opportunities in the hydrocarbons space and after successfully completing the Sohar Terminal for OiltankingOfdjell atSohar, the company is now undertaking the EPC projects for storage tanks for Petrofac-Daelim at the Sohar Refinery Upgradation Project.
IOT EPC Indonesia
IOT EPC Indonesia was formed to explore EPC opportunities in the oil and gas space in South East Asia. Currently, the subsidiary is implementing the construction of tank farms in Karimun for Oiltanking and in Kalimantan for a Joint Venture of Bakrie-Petroleum and BP Singapore respectively.
IOT VITO, Turkey
IOT VITO is a joint venture that was formed between IOT and VITO to develop infrastructure in the oil and gas industry in Turkey. The JV is currently implementing a project for the EPC of tanks and spheres for the SOCAR refinery in Aliaga, Turkey.
Jabal EILIOT is a joint venture (JV) between Jabal Dhahran Company Ltd., Saudi Arabia, Engineers India Ltd. (EIL), and IOT. Headquartered in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, Jabal EILIOT was formed to cater across the entire value chain in the hydrocarbons sector (downstream), energy and infrastructure sectors in the Saudi Arabia region.
Stewarts & Lloyds
In 2004, IOT acquired a majority stake in Stewarts and Lloyds of India Ltd. (S&L), a leading fabrication, piping and fluid handling system engineering company that was established in Kolkata in 1937. S&L’s workshops in Khidderpore and Jhinjirapol in Kolkata, provide world-class Fabrication and manufacturing of key EPC components such as Economizer Coils, Heat Exchangers and Boiler’s Skirts and Hoods.
